These terms apply to use of the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department (LFCHD) event registration system and to optional SMS communications associated with a registration.
Event Registration
Information submitted through this system must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Registration availability, appointment times, event details, and capacity may change. LFCHD may modify, reschedule, or cancel an event or appointment when necessary.
SMS Program
Individuals who voluntarily select the SMS consent checkbox during registration may receive text messages from LFCHD relating to that registration. Messages may include registration confirmations, reminders, scheduling information, cancellations, and event-specific updates.
Message frequency varies based on your registration. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per event registration. Message and data rates may apply. Participation in the SMS program is optional and is not required to register for an event or appointment.
Opting Out and Help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from LFCHD SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. After a STOP request is processed, LFCHD will not intentionally send further SMS messages to that number unless the recipient opts in again.
Carrier Availability
SMS delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability and network conditions. LFCHD cannot guarantee delivery or timing of every message and is not responsible for delays caused by a wireless carrier or other network provider.
Privacy
Use of personal information submitted through this system is described in the LFCHD Event Registration & SMS Privacy Policy. LFCHD does not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
